Assistant Superintendent (Multifamily)

Job Summary

Hays has partnered with a residential home builder seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure the successful completion of multifamily construction projects. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Superintendent to execute project plans effectively.
• Assist in managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Address any issues related to finished units, including repairs, touch-ups, and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, safety records, and progress reports.
• Support the overall success of the construction team.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in construction or related field preferred.
• Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Initiative: Demonstrated drive and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for quality and precision.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with others.

Compensation

• Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Bonus: Performance-based bonus structure
